Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Only shipping costs include GST.

Customers credit card details are processed and protected by PayPal click here for more information on PayPal's security features.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Delivery Costs are calculated by Australia Post and are based on dimension, weight and shipping method (Standard, Express or International Airmail Delivery)

Australian Delivery Times

Shipping is sent by Australia Post*.

 

Delivery time frames are:

Brisbane & Gold Coast = 2-3 working days

Queensland = 3-4 working days

Melbourne and Sydney = 4-5 working days

NSW, ACT = 5-6 working days

VIC = 5-6 working days

SA, NT, TAS and WA = 5-7 working days

 

Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system.

Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel and wait a minimum of 10 business days before lodging a query with our office.

 

International delivery

All international territories = 7+ working days

 

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you within 2 days to advise you of the reason for the delay.

You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds & exchanges are only accepted after contacting our office with a valid reason for return ie faulty goods. Please email or phone us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

We reserve the right to not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds due to customer change of mind.
